Procedura wykonania:
1. Weigh Part A, and begin slow paddle/blade mixing.
2. Weigh first two ingredients of Part B mixing well; then add FIXOMER 40. Cover and begin heating to 140F, with slow mixing. At 140°F, add NaOH sol’n. Part B will become clear.
3. Slowly add Part B to Part A. As gel forms, increase mixer speed as necessary.
4. Premix Part C and add to batch. Regulate mixing speed to mix well.
5. Premix Part D and add to batch. NOTE: Natrosol is not hydrated at this point. As mixing continues, gel will begin to clear.
6. Premix Part E and add to batch. Continue mixing at slow speed until gel is completely clear. There will be some aeration, which will dissipate as mixing continues.
NOTE: If gel is not completely clear, add additional NaOH sol’n. to bring pH to approx. 7.2.
