Procedura wykonania:
Add Salcare to part of the water to hydrate it for about 30 minutes. In a separate beaker, dilute FIXOMER A-30 with water. Add the FIXOMER A-30 to the Salcare solution. Add Cyclomethicone DC 245 Fluid. The Salcare AST will help disperse the silicone. Add the rest of ingredients.
